contacting our Reservations Team via phone or WhatsApp for a seamless booking experience.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, while check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out
may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and at a minimal fee.
Yes, we accept same-day bookings provided an apartment is available and all security checks and
and documentations are completed
Payments & Cancellation
We accept bank transfers, major credit/debit cards, and secure payments through our booking
platforms.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Late
cancellations may attract a one-night charge. For platform bookings, please check the specific
policy on the booking site.
Apartment Features & Services
Each luxury unit is fully furnished and features: Plush king-size bedding and premium linens; a
modern, fully equipped kitchen; High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV with cable; 24/7 power supply and
air conditioning; Private balcony or city-view lounge (select units)
